• Payment metadata from payment processors, such as order IDs, payment IDs, status, amount, currency, and plan. We do not store full card numbers.
• Support, human review, and student-discount requests you submit.
• Basic technical logs needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

psychology Use of AI Providers

When you use AI-powered features, the resume, job description, LinkedIn profile text, or related content needed for that feature may be sent to an AI service provider for assessment, drafting, rewriting, keyword matching, scoring, or improvement suggestions. We use this content only to provide the requested feature, improve the CV or career material you asked us to assess, and maintain service quality. We do not sell your resume content or use it for unrelated marketing.

share Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate Rezder, such as hosting, AI, email, analytics, and payment providers; when required by law; or when you explicitly publish/share a resume link. Public resume links can be viewed by anyone with the link until you turn sharing off.

delete_forever Retention and Deletion

You can delete resumes and tracked jobs inside the product. Account and billing records may be retained as required for security, legal, tax, and compliance purposes. Contact support for account deletion requests.

shield Security

We use account authentication, server-side secret storage, payment signature verification, and operational access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid uploading information you do not want processed for resume and career-assessment features.

settings_accessibility Your Choices

You can choose not to use AI features, delete generated content, disable public resume sharing, or contact us for data access or deletion requests.
