Rezder (rezder.com) is owned and operated by ICOSIOR PRIVATE LIMITED. Rezder helps users create, assess, and improve resumes, cover letters, job applications, LinkedIn profiles, and interview preparation. We collect only the information needed to provide these services, protect accounts, process payments, and improve product reliability. Information We Collect

• Account information such as name, email address, password hash, plan, and login details.
• Resume, cover letter, job description, LinkedIn profile text, job tracker, and career-tool content you provide.
• Payment metadata from payment processors, such as order IDs, payment IDs, status, amount, currency, and plan. We do not store full card numbers.
• Support, human review, and student-discount requests you submit.
• Basic technical logs needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

Use of AI Providers

When you use AI-powered features, the resume, job description, LinkedIn profile text, or related content needed for that feature may be sent to an AI service provider for assessment, drafting, rewriting, keyword matching, scoring, or improvement suggestions. We use this content only to provide the requested feature, improve the CV or career material you asked us to assess, and maintain service quality. We do not sell your resume content or use it for unrelated marketing.

How We Use Data

• To create, parse, score, export, and share resumes and cover letters.
• To match resumes to job descriptions and provide ATS-specific recommendations.
• To operate job tracker, LinkedIn optimization, interview prep, personal website, and support workflows.
• To process subscriptions, prevent fraud, and provide billing support.
• To maintain, debug, secure, and improve Rezder.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to operate Rezder, such as hosting, AI, email, analytics, and payment providers; when required by law; or when you explicitly publish/share a resume link. Public resume links can be viewed by anyone with the link until you turn sharing off.

Data Processing & Product Optimization

We process account credentials, resume data, job specifications, and tool interactions to deliver AI features, generate tailored documents, and provide platform functionality. Aggregated and anonymized data points derived from platform usage are used to train, evaluate, and enhance Rezder’s machine learning models, search indices, and career intelligence tools.

Data Retention & Partner Guidelines

We retain active account and operational data to maintain your account continuity, subscription services, and platform security. Where required by third-party developer agreements (such as LinkedIn API Data Portability policies), we honor member token revocation requests for connected third-party profiles. Anonymized platform telemetry, aggregated insights, and trained model parameters remain preserved for platform integrity and continuous product evolution.

Security

We use account authentication, server-side secret storage, payment signature verification, and operational access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so avoid uploading information you do not want processed for resume and career-assessment features.

Your Choices

You can choose not to use AI features, delete generated content, disable public resume sharing, or contact us for data access or deletion requests.
