Our Commitment

We want billing to be straightforward. If you paid for Rezder and something did not work as promised, contact us within 7 days of payment with your account email, payment ID, and issue details.

Refund Guidelines

• Refunds may be approved for duplicate charges, accidental purchases, failed feature access after payment, or unresolved technical issues.
• Refunds may be declined when a plan has been substantially used, exported content has been downloaded repeatedly, or the request is outside the refund window.
• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where supported by the payment processor.
• Refund timing depends on Razorpay, banks, card networks, and wallet providers.
