Rezder was founded with a simple mission: to give job seekers an unfair advantage in the modern hiring landscape using agentic AI.
Rezder was born out of frustration. Our founder was a software engineer searching for jobs. Despite having strong experience, they kept getting automatically rejected by heartless Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) that filtered resumes based on arbitrary keywords. The constant copy-pasting, micro-tweaking, and wrestling with rigid Word files was exhausting.
So, they built a script. A tool to read a job description, identify missing keywords, and instantly adjust their resume to match.
That script was the seed of Rezder. Word got out, and soon, friends, and then friends of friends, started using it. Today, Rezder has evolved into a complete career platform helping job seekers worldwide to navigate the job search with confidence.
We aim to provide users with the least amount of interaction while getting more done. Our vision is to leverage AI to allow users to get things done by just talking with Rezder using natural language.
With agentic AI and hands-free control, Rezder acts as a conversational partner. By just talking to Rezder, you can edit sections, change templates, refine bullet points, and check ATS compatibility without touching a single complex form.
Our designers craft these templates manually and they are tested across top ATS systems before being made available to our users.
